I had just finished my PhD in psychology when the passing scent of oil paint catapulted me back to my childhood and ultimately to a new career. My grandmother, a Russian immigrant, would sit on an old stool and paint in a garden of weeds and wild flowers while I napped in a hammock. My work is infused with the memory of her, the flowers and the oil paint as if they were all one. Since that time, my work has been exhibited in Switzerland, Soho, Miami, Santa Fe and California. I currently reside in NY. Specific galleries are available upon request.
